Amazing all factory “sertissage” Cartier Diabolo reference 1430 in good condition with original Cartier strap and 18k yellow gold “deployante” clasp. The case of the watch is fully set with brillant cut diamonds on the centre part of the case as well as the bezel and the “screws” on the sides of the lugs which is incredibly done (see pictures). The crown also has been diamond set but not in the way known from Cartier with one big, but with several smaller diamonds giving the crown way more bling! The dial is in very good condition and has no patina to it. The strap is new and comes with the original 18k yellow gold “deployante” clasp.___________________________________________________
