18ct white gold, Breguet Reine de Naples diamond set self-winding wristwatch. Model reference 8928BB / 5W /944 / DD0D3L. 36.5 mm x 28.45 mm signature oval / egg shaped case in 18ct white gold. Bezel, dial flange and crown are set with 118 diamonds, of approximate weight 1.15cts. Breguet calibre 537 / 3 automatic sefl-winding movement with platinum oscillating weight. The dial is of hand-engraved manufacture on a rose engine and in white natural, mother-of-pearl with red enamel Breguet Arabic numerals and a sapphire crystal glass with exhibition case-back. Case is presented on a alligator leather strap with 18ct white gold folding clasp. Comes together with box and additional straps (2).
