Fluted case on the middle band, smooth bezel and screwed back in sapphire with decorated movement (signed, stamped and numbered). Silvered and guilloché dial with two counters, bezel with applied Roman numerals and Breguet apple hands in blued steel. Functions: hours, minutes, small seconds and date at 6 o'clock, 24-hour display (2nd time zone), alarm clock display at 3 o'clock and alarm movement power reserve at 11 o'clock (winder at 2 o'clock), chime indication by box office at 12 o'clock. Two straps: one in crocodile (Crocodylia spp. CITES appendix II B) with original Breguet folding clasp in 18-carat (750 thousandths) white gold and a new strap added.
