The production of only 140 units made in the yellow gold version can be divided over seven years: 59 ex. (1996), 57 ex. (1997) 12 ex. (1998), 6 ex. (1999), 3 ex. (2000), 2 ex. (2001) and 1 ex. (2002). With the serial number N. 046, the present watch is part of the first series produced since 1996, and whose dial "Bleu Nuit, Nuage 50 Tapisserie 21" is inspired by the first historical Royal Oak 5402.
