This reference 26393NB.OO.A002KB in white gold, with smoke gray dial is no exception. It’s a masterful blend of precious metals, ceramics and textiles that comes together and hits hard. The dial is vertically brushed, evocative of the bezels on its better-known Royal Oak cousins. And what a dial it is – goes from near black to smoky gray to almost tropical with a twist of the light.
The 41mm case gives plenty of room for 3/6/9:00 sub-dials and a date-window between 4 and 5:00, without feeling overly cluttered! The black woven textile strap is exceptionally comfortable on the wrist, and it simply put just works with the dial. The calibre 4401 is revealed in all its glory behind an exhibition back, and features a generous 70-hour reserve.
