Overall: Very good, pre-owned condition. It is absolutely stunning on the wrist!
The dial and crystal are clean.
The strap is in great condition and does not have any unpleasant odors.
The white gold surfaces have very minimal, superficial wear - primarily just on the high-polish surfaces.
There is one more noteworthy but tiny/shallow ding and accompanying wear near 4-5 o'clock on the bezel. If desired, a light, inexpensive refinishing could restore the watch to practically mint condition, as there aren't any excessively deep or non-recoverable blemishes. We have great resourced for a top-quality refinishing that we can refer you to if desired.
